My name is Bernard Chan. I am a software engineer and freelance developer.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic & Information Engineering and several years of experience working on a wide range of technologies and projects from C++ development for image processing, Java development for Business and Governmental projects, PHP development for RTB(Real-time bidding) system and internal CMS projects. I have started learning modern mobile and web applications in React.js.

I am interested in photography. I love travelling and making friends. Taking photos is one of my effective ways to communicate with people, train my aesthetics and record what I treasure. I am used to retouching my works by Lightroom & Photoshop through the knowledge of image processing. It helps me understand the algorithms, and integrate my aesthetics smoothly.
